The extended screened pool deck is 38’ x 25’ to provide plenty of space for lazing in the sun or shade, it is enclosed on all four sides for privacy. The lanai is 24’ x 7’ (covered part of the pool deck).
A large table and chairs for alfresco eating with both gas and charcoal barbeques provided. It is equipped with sufficient sun beds and plenty of pool toys. A shower is installed on the pool deck.
To guarantee warm swimming every day of the year we have installed an electric heat pump (rather than relying on solar heating).
The pool is 24’ x 12’, it is a “sports pool” which
means it is 40” deep at each end and 60” in the middle which
has many advantages. A pool safety barrier is also provided when there
are young children.
